Refund policy
At Second Nature Studio, every piece is carefully selected, crafted, and inspected before it is shipped. We want you to receive your order in perfect condition and feel confident shopping with us.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable Moroccan consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging and accessories, when applicable.
- Not have been damaged, modified, or used after delivery.
For handmade and delicate pieces, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please send us:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging if it was damaged during shipping.
After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law.
Return Shipping
For a return due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility, where legally permitted.
When an item is returned because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Second Nature Studio will handle the appropriate return solution in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the timeframe required by law and the payment provider.
Original shipping charges are refundable where required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Situations
A return may not be accepted where the product has been:
- Used or damaged after delivery.
- Modified or altered by the customer.
- Returned without its original packaging where the packaging is necessary to protect the item.
These exclusions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that apply to defective or non-conforming products.
Handmade Products
Because our pieces may be handmade, minor variations in texture, color, shape, or finish may naturally occur. These characteristics are part of the individual nature of each piece and are not necessarily considered defects.
